	Jacob Pirmann Executive Director / President Silvis Firefighter	Jacob is a firefighter for the Silvis Fire Department. Born and raised in Silvis. He closes a gas station at nights in order to take care of the daily operations of IGS. Jacob looks forward to IGS making its presence as a contributing not-for-profit organization. Jacob is a very outgoing, strong, and positive person that likes to try new things. He is a single man with one dog named Bugzy. His goal is to create more harmony in our communities, rather than the many divisions we currently see.

	Matt McMan Vice President Colona Fire Fighter	Matt is a Truck Driver at Anchor Lumber in Silvis, Illinois and is a Volunteer Fire Fighter for the Colona Fire Department. Matt and his wife Trista reside in Colona along with their three dogs Homer, Milo, and Daisy. Matt enjoys boating, The Simpson's, and watching movies. Matt is very enthusiastic about being a part of IGS and looks forward to making a positive contribution.

	Larry Dickinson Secretary	Larry Dickinson has been in the Construction Business for about six years now. He is engaged to Kisha, and they have two young boys Bentley and Drayten. When he was asked to be a part and Board Member for the Non-Profit, In God's Service he said he couldn't think of a better way to help out and be apart of a better cause.

	Craig Pirmann Treasurer Committees: Marketing	Craig is a Graphic Designer/Artist, he owns and operates Creative Point / Walnut Ridge Studio in Silvis where he provides many graphic services to his clients. Craig helps with much of the marketing materials for IGS and looks forward to seeing the organization thrive to do good in the world. He also serves on his parish council at Christ The King in Moline, IL. Craig has served for other boards over the years, some local are "TEC" Teens Encounter Christ, Believers Together Community Center, Eagles Wings Mens Group and the Niabi Zoological Society, Craig is also a brother Knight and is currently raising two young children.

	Aaron Darwin Board Member Rock Island Firefighter	Aaron is a full time firefighter/Paramedic for the Rock Island Fire Department. He is engaged to Amy and hopes to be part of IGS as we forge on.

	Trista McMan Board Member	Trista is the Assistant Branch Manager at Port Byron State Bank in Coal Valley, Illinois. She is happily married to Matt McMan and enjoys spending time with him and their three dogs Homer, Milo, and Daisy. During her free time she enjoys photography, scrapbooking, boating during the summer, and an occasional good book. Trista is also very excited to be a part of IGS and looks forward to making a difference.

	Trae Myers Board Member	Trae Myers is a city worker for the city of East Moline, IL. Trae has done city work for over fifteen years and knows the need of cities and how IGS could make a difference. Trae thinks IGS has good ideas and plans for multiple projects and wanted to be apart of that. Trae likes the outdoors and traveling.
